 Depending on the house layout, some buildings have been printed in less than 96 hours.  

 Yes! Depending upon the finish you want to achieve, the walls can be smoothed during construction, stuccoed, or painted.  

 In some designs yes, but for many the structure of the home is in integrated columns within the the concrete walls. 

 Some Interiors wall will be hollow but all exterior walls will be filled with spray foam Insulation to ensure the home is sealed against outside weather conditions.

 After the concrete foundation has been poured, the printer is set up around the foundation. The printer then puts in the exterior and interior walls at the same time directly onto the foundation.  

 Concrete 3D Printed homes provide a longer lasting structure along with a more temperature resistant material, cutting down on home owners energy bills. Saving them money over the lifetime of the home.
